
A typical Mapping project is split into two phases: The first phase includes the identification of all relevant names, titles, areas of responsibility, contact details and reporting structures within the predetermined target organisation(s). Once completed, a detailed Identification Report is issued to the client.
The second phase involves direct contact with those individuals identified to obtain other client requested information. This often includes current salary and package details, loyalty factors, aspirations and frustrations, career history, marketplace perceptions, plus an indication of companies they would like to work for or indeed would not consider joining. At the end of this second phase, detailed Response Reports are submitted to the client plus an overall summary of the project, highlighting key and dominant factors that emerge from our research and other issues that arise which may be of interest.
