It is looking to expand its business through the appointment of a number of associate consultants with the drive and ambition to work for themselves, building a business under the corporate umbrella of the brand.

In our 18 years of trading we have built up a substantial client base and even in these challenging and difficult economic times we are winning new business, and whilst many of our competitors are retreating we are looking to grow. We are looking for a certain type of individual.

You will be a proven business professional with excellent new business development and client building skills, you will have a strong desire to work under your own initiative and with all the freedom that operating as an associate consultant offers. You will need to be a graduate and/or professionally qualified with a blue chip career, probably with a sector specialism and a strong desire to determine your own destiny. You are most likely looking for a change in career direction and will be attracted by being “your own person”.

The scope is for you to earn significant income through fee generation, you will effectively be self-employed and expected to develop your own client base. Having a network of existing contacts within your area of speciality is a key ingredient for success, especially in the current climate. Through this you should be able to leverage a substantial business opportunity for yourself which in the long term is financially, intellectually and personally rewarding.
