A talented Finance Director is required who in addition to having first class financial management skills has also managed and delivered a broad IT agenda.
Real experience of acquisitions and their integration into the business is also a key requirement as is the ability to make a broader impact on the business through the management of change.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have a very hands on approach with a full and challenging portfolio encompassing reporting and controls, transfer pricing, cost and currency management, forecasting, tax and treasury, funding and share holder relationships as well as managing the existing finance and IT teams.
Graduate calibre and ACA or ACMA qualified, you will have a successful track record in a high volume environment with a complex supply chain – international and multi-sited. Manufacturing, distribution, retail are all potential areas of interest, what is of real importance however, is your ability to identify closely with the needs of a medium sized organisation.
