A Director level appointment, the appointed candidate will be responsible for a sales force, the preparation of all commercial proposals and the successful negotiation of contracts. This is a key role within the management board of a highly regarded organisation that has international brand recognition. Responsibility is for the efficient, proactive management of all activities prior to contract award including strategic business development, pre-qualification of project opportunities and the preparation of work winning proposals that offer innovation, quality and distinctive solutions to client requirements.

Leading and managing an established technical and commercial team this role calls for an individual with a proven sales track record, strong commercial skills and an engineering approach, coupled with the ability to interface at the most senior levels within the client community in both the public and private sectors. Your progressive career background should include successful experience of identifying opportunities and winning profitable turnkey projects, often involving sub-contractors, ranging from £1 million up to £20 million in value.
