Candidates will be graduates in an engineering discipline, ideally possessing a secondary qualification in business or finance, who are presently a Director or Senior Manager of a successful business with revenues in excess of £15 million and over 100 employees. They must be able to quantify their significant contribution to the generation of new business revenues, enhancement of profitability and productivity in a tightly controlled total business, or division of a major group, achieved by the implementation of continuous improvement and change management initiatives. A versatile, self-directed individual is required with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, possessing the presence, personality, resilience and business acumen essential to fulfil the requirements of this challenging role.
